I am a caring and empathetic person who enjoys working with adults of all ages; providing individual therapy
with a strength based approach. I work collaboratively with people, accepting where they are at in their process of growth and helping them move forward to reach their goals. We explore beliefs and behavior patterns that may be holding you back. We explore ways to develop new skills, understanding and support that can bring greater overall health of mind-body-spirit. My experience reflects years of working with issues of; alcohol/substance abuse, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting, grief and loss, trauma and spirituality. I am a dually licensed therapist in both mental health and substance abuse who utilizes a variety of methods (CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI, SFBT, Mindfulness) to help each individual discover what improves their overall life.

We can meet for a brief time or an extended time. I individualize services to utilize various types of therapy that work best for each person, such as; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), DBT, EMDR, MI, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
Private payments of cash, check and PayPal are accepted. I accept CIGNA and Optum (United Behavioral Health) insurance.
